This course looks at the responsibilities that you carry, how to manage the asbestos effectively and how to select competent organisations to survey and remediate the asbestos on your premises. This training is also refreshed at least annually.

Aimed at all those who have maintenance / repair obligations / responsibilities for non domestic premises (please note that communal areas of domestic premises, such as lift lobby’s, corridors, plant rooms etc are deemed as non-domestic). These people are said to be ‘duty-holders’ of such premises, and carry responsibilities for the management of the asbestos that is present under regulation 4 of the Control of Asbestos Regulations 2012 (CAR 2012).
